Green Tea or White Tea?

"HEALTH INSIDE BEAUTY OUTSIDE"

Green Tea or White Tea?
Green tea is now part of our daily habits. But recently, we also frequently encounter white tea. So what is white tea?
White tea, just like black and green tea, is made from the leaves of the tea plant, or camellia sinensis in Latin. Let me first talk about the difference between black tea and green tea. The difference between these two teas is the way they are fermented, so green tea is not fermented while black tea is fermented.
White tea is defined as 'white' because it contains a high percentage of unopened leaf buds covered with silvery hairs. In other words, white tea is the highest quality and least processed of all teas because it is prepared from the most extreme unopened leaf buds.

So Does White Tea Have Health Benefits?

White tea actually has the highest antioxidant capacity of all tea types. It has also been proven to suppress fat production and to have a degrading effect on existing fats. Some studies also show that it relieves pain in disorders such as rheumatic diseases.
In fact, it is a good alternative for those who do not like green tea but drink it only because it supports fat burning :)
