How should nutrition be?
- Basically, the diet should be low-fat (fish oil, omega-3 may be preferred as additional supplements).
- Feeding should be done little and often.
- Hard cheeses, kefir, yogurt, custard, milk can be preferred according to lactose intolerance.
- A low pulp / fiber diet should be established. In this case, probiotic - prebiotic supplements can be used if constipation is observed.
Food and Drinks to Watch Out For
- All hot spices (chili peppers, black pepper, red pepper flakes) and hot foods
- Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
- All carbonated drinks (cola, fanta, energy drinks, etc.)
- All fried and roasted foods should be avoided.
- Instead of frying, frying without oil, baking and steaming should be preferred.
- Healthy fats (olive oil) should be preferred.
- Fermented and highly acidic foods such as tomatoes, lemon, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, pickles, garlic, onions, etc.
- High-fat milk and meat groups (Creamy yogurt, full-fat yogurt and cheeses, goat and buffalo milk, sheep and lamb meat)
- Half-fat milk and yogurt, fat-free feta cheese can be preferred.
- Meat consumption: lean beef, skinless chicken or white meat at least 2 times a week
